1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Scrubhubb website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

Scrubhubb provides professional cleaning services in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, including but not limited to home cleaning, office cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and after-builders cleaning.

All services are carried out by police-checked and trained cleaning professionals. We hold current public liability insurance on every job.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

5. Access to property

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas covered in the original service scope.

7. Liability

We take care in every job we undertake. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description. We carry public liability insurance and will work with you to resolve any legitimate claims.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the value of the damaged item, whichever is lower, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information. You must not misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
